The internal title is Team Experience Administrator (TEA) - you will be a vital support role within the People Experience team, designed to assist Team Advisors in managing staff accounts and delivering positive employee experience. While primarily administrative, this role is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and helping solve problems for our “two types of customers” — the employees and the clients.
This is a stand‑alone career path within the People Experience section of People & Culture and is not a “junior” or stepping‑stone role, though it can serve as a foundation for those who wish to pursue a future Team Advisor position.
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Location: Clark Pampanga
Schedule: Graveyard Shift 8pm-5am
