Operations Support Analyst and Japanese Linguist

The Opportunity:

Provide administrative support, Japanese cultural analysis, and Japanese-English interpretation and translation services, including scheduling, travel coordination, access coordination, security verification coordination, and other logistical support requests. Advise on restructuring, reorienting, or recasting objectives, plans, and schedules to meet organizational requirements. Assist with the development and coordination of the Protocol Program in accordance with policies and regulations. As tasked, organize and conduct preparatory sessions that includes a collection of related biographies, draft information papers and talking points, and assemble necessary background information. Review, analyze, and translate letters, invitations, certificates, procedures, briefs, military planning documents, and a variety of other related documents as directed by the client.
