Operations Support / Product Support

We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support / Product Support team member to help support our clients and internal teams as we continue to grow our platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across systems, and supporting both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with client queries relating to our product
• Set up new clients on the platform
• Create and manage user access and permissions
• Test features and updates prior to going live with clients
• Provide and manage access to the product as required
• Support our onshore operations and development teams with administrative tasks where appropriate
