Operations Support Assistant

About the role

As an Operations Support Assistant (Sabah) at MAKITA POWER TOOLS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD, you will gain valuable exposure to technical service, warehouse operations, and day-to-day operational support at our Inanam, Sabah branch. What you'll be doing

1. Assist in inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of power tools
2. Support service turnaround within 48 hours and handle walk-in customers
3. Prepare repair quotations, update warranty and repair records
4. Support on-site service work, learn new product models, assist in Authorized Service Center (ASC) training.
5. Monitor spare parts and maintain 5S service area standards
