Operations Support Assistant

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organized individual to support our daily operations You'll coordinate maintenance, manage supplies, assist with inventory, handle deliveries when required, and provide administrative support and ensuring smooth operations across all locations.

What You'll Do

• Ensure Smooth Operations: Coordinate maintenance and repair works across all locations to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
• Work with Contractors: Arrange and follow up on essential services such as lift maintenance, air-conditioning servicing, and repairs.
• Manage Supplies: Monitor, order, and replenish office and outlet consumables so teams have what they need.
• Support Inventory & Deliveries: Assist with stock receiving, updating records, organizing storage areas, coordinating deliveries, and deliver goods when required.
