Operations Support Coordinator

Job Purpose
Responsible for KPIs visibility. Analysis of gaps & suggesting/implementing improvement plans & coordination with MS vendor for SLA compliance
Job Responsibilities
Support the regional team for tracking, and reporting field operation progress.
Maintain and update project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Ensure compliance with project governance processes, standards, and templates.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for project coordination. Coordinate with MS vendor team to ensure all reports are timely provided. Vendor monthly performance and compliance evaluation at sub regional level Coordination with MS vendor for Targets related to customer complaints related to TATS and CPM Reporting to HQ for all regional projects and their progress.
