Operations Support Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Engineer to ensure the reliability, security, and smooth operations of mission-critical IT systems hosted across on-premise data centres and Government Commercial Cloud (GCC/AWS) environments.

This role plays a key part in maintaining high system availability, supporting production deployments, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with enterprise IT policies and standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support large-scale, high-availability systems operating in a 24×7 environment.
