Operations Support Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Engineer to work on our clientele projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, automating, and supporting critical cloud and on-premise infrastructure platforms, ensuring high reliability, security, and efficiency across all environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure platforms (compute, storage, networking, containerisation, virtualisation, DNS, monitoring) across development, staging, and production environments.
Implement and manage monitoring and observability frameworks (AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, StackOps).
Please make sure that you comply with Whole-of-Government standards and implement security controls (access management, security hardening, compliance monitoring).
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and AWS CloudFormation.
