In This Role, You Will Be...

• Follow standard workflows, interpret client requirements accurately and handle full-cycle insurance tasks in English systems (policy data extraction, verification, entry, modification, etc.).
• Meet task deadlines and track time precisely; conduct proactive quality checks, identify process issues and drive solutions to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Communicate with clients via professional English emails, respond promptly to client requests and resolve problems quickly to ensure client satisfaction.

What You Need To Be Successful...

• Diploma degree or above
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility
• Quality-oriented and highly accurate in work delivery
