In This Role, You Will Be...
Follow standard workflows, interpret client requirements accurately and handle full-cycle insurance tasks in English systems (policy data extraction, verification, entry, modification, etc.).
Meet task deadlines and track time precisely; conduct proactive quality checks, identify process issues and drive solutions to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Communicate with clients via professional English emails, respond promptly to client requests and resolve problems quickly to ensure client satisfaction.
What You Need To Be Successful...
Diploma degree or above
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility
Quality-oriented and highly accurate in work delivery
