Are you an experienced operations leader with a strong background in retail pharmacy management? We are looking for a dynamic Operations Support Manager to oversee and optimize retail operations, drive performance, and support business growth across our branches.



Key Requirements:

Pharmacist (BSc. Pharmacy) with 5+ years of experience in retail pharmacy operations or as a Pharmacy Manager

Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams

Strong understanding of retail operations, stock control, compliance, and customer service

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
