The Operations Support Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience by providing excellent customer service during registration and scheduling medical exams, procedures, and tests, including those with demographic collection and insurance registration. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate patient information, facilitating efficient access to care, and supporting smooth healthcare operations.
