• Responsible for the end-to-end execution of shops under Service by Shopee (SBS). This covers the following:
• Manage overall Seller Center operations and execution. (e.g. SKU creation, Marketing promotions – voucher creation etc.)
• Check’s price listed, vouchers and set discounts correctly.
• Responsible for overall operations and making sure to meet SLA compliance.
• Inventory Management (Flagging Expiry Management, RTS, Inbounding, ATP, and Shop OOS, Current Inventory Report)
• Reports directly to Operations Team Leader.
• Execute warehouse requests for fixing and proper execution.
• Flagged Buyer chat concerns/escalations to Customer Facing /Team Leader.
