Operations Systems Manager

We are hiring an Operations Systems Manager to design, build, and optimize the operational backbone of our company. This is a highly technical, hands-on role for someone who thrives in systems thinking, automation building, and revenue operations.

This is not a coordination or oversight position. We are not looking for someone who manages vendors or delegates builds. We are looking for a builder — someone who personally architects CRMs, constructs automation flows, builds reporting dashboards, and designs scalable operational systems from the ground up.

You will work directly with leadership to implement high-performance operational infrastructure that drives clarity, efficiency, and revenue visibility. This role requires precision, ownership, and strong technical capability.
