Operations & Systems Manager

Our client in George is seeking an experienced Operations & Systems Manager (Odyssey / POS / Stock Control Specialist) to join their fast-paced hardware and building materials retail environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing retail systems, stock control processes, operational reporting, and day-to-day system support. This is a senior operational role best suited to a proactive, technically minded individual with strong retail systems experience and a hands-on approach to operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Odyssey POS system and related operational processes


• Oversee stock control, stock adjustments, and inventory accuracy


• Process GRV’s and assist with creditor reconciliations
