Role Overview This is a hybrid role acting as the operational engine room for The Marketing Club while providing Executive Assistant support to the Founder. The core purpose of this role is to take the chaos of a fast-growing business and turn it into streamlined processes. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our tech stack (HubSpot, Notion, Stripe), ensuring data integrity, and handling the administrative tasks that free up the Founder to focus on strategy and community growth. You are a doer who loves to solve problems and say, I fixed this for you, rather than just waiting for instructions.
Primary Tasks
- Systems Management (TMC):
- HubSpot: Manage the CRM, build and refine workflows, manage contact lists, and ensure customer journey tracking (e.g., event attendance to membership conversion).
