Operations & Team Coordinator

What This Role Looks Like

You'll start by overseeing internal workflows and keeping the team on track. As you settle in, you'll become more outward-facing speaking with venues, sponsors, photographers, and partners and ultimately running our recurring networking events independently.

Long term, this role grows with the business as we expand into new verticals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily team output and keeping work organised
• Providing feedback and light management support
• Managing inboxes and communications
• Speaking regularly with venues, sponsors, and partners
