Operations Team Lead

We are at Teleperformance hiring for Team leader-operation.

Responsibilities

• Must handle Attrition, shrinkage, Aht , and CSAT of the team in a BPO
• Must have inbound experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience is required in BPO.
• Manage daily operations of the team.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Pay range and compensation package: Upto 4.5 lpa
