Operations Team Leader

Join a supportive and high-performing team at InfraBuild Manufacturing as an Operations Team Leader at the Rod Mill in Mayfield. Leading a team of around on a -hour rotating shift, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of shift operations, including production, planning, and team performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coordinate resources to deliver the rolling schedule while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll also play a key role in building team capability and driving a positive, high-performing culture.
