Operations Team Leader Argentina 
As we grow will become the Team leader of the whole operations team. 
Coverage of incoming customer service 
Backoffice Reissuing of tickets and reconciliation. 
Settle balances in Backoffice B2. 
Responsible after 1 year for UETTR 
Checking GDS queues across OID's and updating clients about changes. 
Training of new agents 
Make sure all Test bookings are actioned by end of day 
Communicating with suppliers on manual post-ticketing transactions 
Resolve complaints coming from clients (not meta partners) 
Tracking each incoming order - review and if necessary deep dive. 
Liaise with Finance on Refunds to Supplier, liaise with tech team regarding bugs and other issues, liaise with revenue team on sales fluctuations.  
Scheduling shifts and vacation days
