Operations Team Lead – Mobility Account

Location: Pasig (Onsite) | Schedule: Shifting
Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱45,000

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Team Lead for our Mobility Account. You will oversee daily team operations, ensuring service excellence and achieving performance targets. You will manage technical accounts, provide guidance to your team, and monitor both voice and non-voice LOB operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of BPO professionals.
• Manage technical accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and SLA compliance.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Handle both voice and non-voice line of business operations.
• Conduct regular performance reports and communicate insights to management.

Requirements:

• College Graduate (CEC, IT, or any tech-related course)
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Team Lead in BPO
