Corporate Keys Group is an established accommodation provider specialising in fully furnished, self-contained apartments and boutique hotel stays throughout Melbourne.
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced hospitality operations leader to run the day to day operational performance of a growing accommodation portfolio. This is a long-term, full-time, work-from-home role ideal for someone with strong management capability, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience within the hospitality or accommodation sector.
This role suits someone from hotels, serviced apartments, or accommodation management who understands housekeeping workflows, guest services, maintenance coordination, and compliance – and can lead a small remote team to deliver consistently high standards.
