About the Role
We are seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Team Member to support our daily dispatch and delivery operations while also assisting Sales and Marketing initiatives to help grow our client base. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless coordination between drivers, pharmacies, and internal teams, while contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch & Delivery Operations

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules for drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Assign tasks, ask necessary questions for clarity of tasks to assign
• Monitor delivery routes, timelines, and completion status
• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers during their routes
• Support pharmacy requests and updates, and communicate pickup times, delivery status, and any issues or delays as needed
• Address and resolve delivery or operational issues in real time
