Operations Team Member – Whangarei

Role Overview

This is a varied role working across the branch that will see you involved in serving customers in the Yard & Drive Thru and the Trade Counter area. As well as getting customer order ready for dispatch. Ensure that our customers, who are made up of trades, businesses and homeowners, are greeted with a cheerful smile and exceptional service. Process sales at our trade counter and assist customers with any returns or repairs. Pull orders to get them ready for delivery and load goods onto customer vehicles. Assist as directed to ensure an efficient warehouse is maintained. Cycle counting, stocking and rotating products on shelves.

This is a permanent full‑time role, offering 42.5 hours a week. Working Monday to Friday with one rostered Saturday every 3 weeks. Based out of our Whangarei branch.

Responsibilities
