OPERATIONS / TRAINEE BROKER

Job Description This is a supportive role to the Broking department to assist in the servicing of our customers’ accounts of vessels Hartland Singapore fixes, and to make sure all brokers’ requests are adhered to
and implemented. The role will also take on a commercial element under the guidance of the shipbrokers.

Responsibilities
- Daily communication with the Owners and Charterers for fixtures which have been confirmed by the
brokerage team including adherence to time-bars
- Recording and maintaining fixtures on the post-fixture software.
- Issue brokerage commission invoices
- Monitor payment status for broker commission.
- Provide any additional support and information as brokers’ request.
