Operations Trainee – Fintech (Mexico City) At Crosspoint, we are building financial infrastructure that moves money across countries. That requires precision, accountability, and operational excellence. We are looking for a junior profile who wants to start a career in fintech by learning how real financial operations work behind the scenes. This is an operational role. Execution matters. What you will do: Monitor and follow up on financial operations and payments. Detect errors before they escalate. Resolve operational incidents with speed and accuracy. Coordinate with commercial, compliance, and finance teams. Identify small process improvements that can later be automated. This role is for you if: You dislike leaving tasks unfinished.
