Operations Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Trainer with strong expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Homecare Billing to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for our operations team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in homecare billing workflows, payer guidelines, claims management, and denial resolution — and can translate operational knowledge into structured, high-impact training programs.

This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, compliance, accuracy, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training programs on RCM and homecare billing processes
• Conduct onboarding training for new hires in billing and operations
• Develop SOP-based training materials, job aids, process documentation, and assessments
