Role Type: 12-month contractSalary: $106,063 - $110,279 per annum plus superannuationThe opportunity:We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Operations/Administration Officer to support A/Prof Rachel Conyers, Cancer Therapies Group Leader and Director of the Children’s Cancer Centre, The Royal Children’s Hospital.

This pivotal role provides high-level administrative and operational support across the Cancer Therapies Group, Cancer Flagship, and Clinical Services, operating at the intersection of research, clinical practice and institutional strategy. The successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and building trusted relationships across a wide network of stakeholders.

A background or strong interest in biomedical science, clinical medicine, or education will be highly regarded, particularly where it supports understanding of scientific and medical contexts.
