Job Description

                    Organize plan & schedule the daily routes of trucks and drivers, in tandem with on-site coordinator (if available). 
Maximizes daily trips performance giving attention on influencing factors such as driver's mental and health condition, fatigue-control, overall trucks' mechanical and tires' condition, road and weather condition. 
Monitors daily, drivers' health and mental condition for safety reasons. 
Update the various OZ in the communications such as group chat where daily information and updates are needed. Answer queries on operations. 
In-charge of inter-OZ coordination with regards to operational needs. 
In-charge of working/revolving funds and its proper usage and liquidation. 
Coordinate with TSU or in-house mechanics, on PMS schedules, repair schedules, roadside rescue and quick response. Includes brief analysis of breakages, wear-and-tear, materials performance, cause-and-effect, and spare parts needed. Includes respons...
