Operative Purchaser   
Location: Winterthur 
Workload: 100% 
Start Date: or to be discussed 
Responsibilities:  
Day-to-day purchasing of materials and services, purchase to stock and purchase to order 
Monitor purchase requisitions and timely expedition (PR-to-PO cycle time) 
Monitor purchase orders ( order confirmations, delivery dates) 
First contact person for suppliers for PO’s, review and approval of supplier invoices according to delegation of authority 
Handling and coordination of customer claims, non confomities and warranty cases for suppliers 
Supporting metrics such as supplier performance and delivery reliability 
Support local procurement organisation with tasks within the operative purchasing team 
Close collaboration with supliers, material planning, 4 PL and strategic purchasing 
RFQ, negotiate and execute spot buys within given guideline
