Operator (1 year contractor)

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ **Machine Operation:** Set up and operate CNC machining equipment such as CNC turning machine, milling machines, grinders, and drills.
+ **Technical document Interpretation:** Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.
+ **Quality Control:** Inspect finished products using measuring tools (callipers, micrometres, gauges etc.) to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards.
+ **Tooling & Setup:** Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and machine attachments for optimal performance.
+ **Process Monitoring:** Monitor machine operations, adjust settings as needed, and troubleshoot issues to maintain production efficiency.
+ **Maintenance & Safety:** Perform routine maintenance on machines and follow all safety regulations to prevent accidents and equipment damage.
