Operator 3- CoEx

Operators are system experts within their assigned areas and demonstrate high functionality across multiple operational zones. They are responsible for ensuring efficiency, operational conformance, product quality, and driving continuous improvement. As integral members of the area team, Operators directly contribute to the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities, operating and changing over specified machinery within prescribed timelines. Operators are expected to possess the versatility to perform tasks of other associates in the area as needed.



**What are we looking for?**



+ Proven experience operating process and/or packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve intermediate to complex equipment and process issues.

+ Experience with MRP systems and inventory management preferred.
