OPERATOR - CHILLER PLANT

• Carry out and ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly and as planned
• Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements
• Carry out the servicing and maintenance of the complex refrigeration and air conditioning systems, associated controls and any other related equipment within the remit of the engineering department
• Carry out installation works of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment
• Conduct site inspections and surveys 
• Maintain safe working area
• Safe and professional use of appropriate hand and power tools, machines and chemicals
• Record keeping and produce detailed work reports, as required
• Flexible availability for 24/7 standby duties and emergency call outs
• Respond to AC emergencies within the agreed time-frames
• Carry out, to the best of your ability, all tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
