• Ensure compliance to Alcon policy.
• Ensure operators comply to SOPs.
• Ensure operators meeting hourly output target.
• Supply production data to Supervisor.
• Ensure all relevant production materials are in place.
• Adherence to Alcon values & standards, observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Code of Business Conducts.
• To observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Health Safety and Environment Standards.
