Operator (Leader Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage rubber extrusion machines
• Lead daily production activities and material handling (including lift operation)
• Assist with material loading, process control, and quality inspection
• Guide operators and support production planning
• Handle packaging and support basic machine maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S workplace standards
• Report production performance to management

Requirements

• Malaysian candidates are preferred
• Experience in rubber extrusion or related manufacturing is an advantage
• Line leader or team leadership experience preferred
• Physically fit, responsible, and committed to long-term employment
• No age limit (married candidates preferred)
• Able to communicate in basic English
• No restriction for travel and stay in Korea
• Valid passport is mandatory
