Operator trainer

Primary Responsibilities
Trains operators on Loaders, excavators and dozers.
Assesses and evaluates operators at the completion of training in order to ensure an acceptable standard of practical and theoretical knowledge has been retained.
Writes reports and provide feedback
Maintains and improves documentation and notebooks
Maintains and improves training presentations
Drives safely to site and abides by the customer regulations
Adheres to Liebherr policies and procedures
Training may include safety training such as forklift and overhead Competencies
Equipment operation skills
Equipment Knowledge
Communication Skills
Microsoft Office
