Job Summary

Coordinates the team’s activities and ensures all operational work and tasks are completed safely, effectively, and efficiently. Provides hands‑on guidance, direction, and training to crew members. Manages planning, workload, and resource requirements to achieve KPIs. Works rotating 12‑hour shifts, serving as the senior company representative on site during non‑business hours.
