Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a OPEX Engineer. What you’ll do:
Job Summary
Drive Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement within Monterrey's Plant in order to enhance its overall effectiveness and to achieve quality, financial, customer and delivery targets. The role will be responsible to drive process harmonization, establish new and maintain existing performance metrics, set objectives, and develop and contribute to CI initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
• Work closely with cross-functional resources to execute projects and develop procedures to reduce overal costs and improve productivity.
• Cooperate in the management of new product development projects based in ProLaunch standards, including the execution of major milestones,achievement of phase gates, preparation of communication for internal customers, conducting meetings, assuring financials are met, among others.
