Opex Manager – Nouryon

At Nouryon we’re all about improving how things run. As an OpEx Manager you’ll drive Operational Excellence across our ISC teams, with a strong focus on our manufacturing sites. This role is based in Mexico City, with frequent visits to our plant in Los Reyes. You’ll spend your time leading projects, coaching site teams, training people on Lean Six Sigma, and helping us build a long‑term culture of continuous improvement.

You’ll work across functions, influence without authority, and help teams solve problems using data, metrics, and proven CI tools. Expect to support big initiatives locally and occasionally across the region.
