Job Description

What you will enjoy doing
 Main Responsibilities:
Drive continuous process improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles

Apply Lean tools (7 Wastes, JIT, VSM, Kanban, FIFO, 5S, Problem Solving)

Support the achievement of Key Business Drivers and Strategic Initiatives

Plan and execute improvement projects & Kaizen workshops

Lead workplace organization & layout optimization

Co-lead implementation and sustainability of 5S

Propose / implement best practices & benchmarking

Evaluate & introduce new Lean methods/tools

Establish idea management & reward systems

Deliver OPEX training & support employees

Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders

Lead communication campaigns & awareness of OPEX initiatives
What makes you great
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
