Job Description

Job Summary:
The OR Supervisor oversees daily operating room activities in an ophthalmic clinic, ensuring efficient surgical workflow, compliance with clinical standards, and high-quality patient care. This role supervises OR staff and coordinates closely with physicians. 
Job Qualifications: 
BS Nursing graduate 
Licensed/Registered Nurse 
Minimum 2–3 years OR or ophthalmic clinic experience 
Supervisory experience preferred 
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
Detail-oriented and patient-focused 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent 
Pay: From Php27,000.00 per month
