OPM-Metal

Monitor and support the supplier in ramp up, ordering process for subcomponents, process planning and production.
- Monitoring that suppliers receive appropriate forecast and PO from the CMs.

- Ensuring production and shipment from supplier to meet demand plan
- Weekly on-site visits and review at the supplier location (onsite 4-5 days per week)
- Support the planned volume increase (serial production and ramp-up phases)

OPM is first point of contact for onsite supplier issues
- If issues cannot be resolved, will escalate to the appropriate internal team (Quality, commercial, material planner, etc).

Language: Mandarin(local) + English.
