Opportunity for a Certified Hand Therapist (Occupational therapist or Physical Therapist)

UVA Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our rehabilitation team. This role specializes in the evaluation and treatment of patients with conditions affecting the hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity. The CHT will provide advanced clinical care, focusing on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, trauma, repetitive stress injuries, and congenital or degenerative disorders
+ Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to improve strength, range of motion, coordination, and functional use of the upper extremity
