**職務内容:**



**Job Title: OPS Admin III / Dispatcher**



**Responsibilities:**



+ **Assigning pick-up request:** Allocate pick up requests to drivers, OGP and OSP partners for pick-up of shipments base on the location and pick-up time transmitted in UPS system in the pick-up record.

+ **Scheduling:** Help manage schedules for drivers and customers base on the pick-up time of shipments to ensure timely pickup of packages to avoid any customer complaints.

+ **Communication:** Use telephone, cellular phone, text messages, and other messaging apps to relay information to and from drivers and internal/external customers....
