Ops / Delivery Manager (Creative + Dev) @ The Laboratory

The Laboratory is hiring an Ops / Delivery Manager to run day-to-day delivery across designers, devs and freelancers and other talent.

This role owns workflow, resourcing, deadlines, and keeping projects moving from brief → production → QA → delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines and delivery across multiple client projects
• Allocate workload, balance capacity, remove blockers, keep momentum
• Run weekly planning + short check-ins
• Improve brief quality and manage change requests / scope creep
• Implement simple processes (templates, checklists, handover rules)
• Basic QA before work goes to clients

Ideal profile

• Highly organised and structured
• Firm, clear communicator (without creating drama)
• Understands creative production (design/video) and can work with dev teams
