JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position assists in the evaluation and treatment of horses admitted to UF Veterinary Hospital at WEC - Equine. The candidate must be experienced in the handling, restraint and veterinary care of horses. This individual will provide patient care and assist management with hospital tasks, staff scheduling, service equipment use and care. They will provide assistance to professional staff, facilitate communication, efficiency and organization of the assigned service and recover charges. Also helps replenish supplies and maintain a sanitary and functionally well-organized service within the Hospital.
