Ops Ex Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform external operational audits of branches, departments, and processes
• Evaluate compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Assess operational efficiency, effectiveness, and internal controls
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action points
• Discuss audit results with management and concerned stakeholders
• Monitor and validate implementation of corrective actions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Management, or related field
• At least 2 years experience in operations audit or external audit
• Strong analytical, investigation, and report-writing skills
• High level of independence, integrity, and professionalism
• Willing to travel within Bicol Region
• With Motorcycle and Valid Drivers License
