• Lead, guide, and motivate a team to consistently exceed client KPIs and operational targets across multiple estates.
• Apply deep expertise in BMSMA regulations and estate management legal compliance to ensure all operations meet statutory requirements.
• Chair and manage AGMs, Council Meetings, and high-level stakeholder communications with professionalism and authority.
• Independently resolve complex, sensitive, and politically nuanced client issues.
• Oversee major projects such as R&R works and Lift Modernization, from planning through execution and completion.
