Responsibilities
The Optical Engineer intern’s responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:
Characterize high-speed optical transceivers
Characterize optical component (Lens, Isolator, Fiber Array) and sub-assemblies (TOSA/ROSA)
Set up R&D Test stations and execute automation in test stations.
Write testing script in Phyton/Visual Basic/Labview
Execute debugging on test stations and modules
Execute Design Verification Tests. Write technical reports
Interact with internal design engineers in US and overseas
Minimum Qualifications
Qualified candidates will be enrolled in Master’s degree program in Optical-electronic Engineering, Physics or equivalent education.
Academic master student in the second year, intern time from Mar to Sep in 2026
