Dr Alan Burrow Optometry are looking for a passionate Optical Receptionist to join our practice on a part-time basis.

If you love being the calm, organised face of a practice and enjoy helping patients feel welcome from the moment they walk in, this could be your ideal reception role - optical experience welcome but not essential.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be the welcoming face of our practice - so we’re after someone who is confident, caring, and organised. Ideally, you’ll have:

• 2+ years of experience in office administration or reception
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to delivering outstanding patient service
• A professional and polished presentation
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Great time management and the ability to multitask
• A willingness to learn and grow in the role
